Exile in Love (1973)

This NFL All Star film in 1973 talks about the kidnapping of the 19-year-old porn star Tabitha Jennings (Kathy Rentmeester). Craig Morton was the leading man. At the annual ball, Tabitha Jennings and Darryl Wheelwright (Craig) were dazzled by storm, and the piano player (Mike Reid) plays very good. The guy named Henley (Brig Owens) saw Tabitha, who is Blaze June during her porn career, kidnaps her, and locks her up in the trailer where he was living. Tabitha's dad (Gene Hickerson) did not find Tabitha, and he called the police. The posses (Dave Manders, Ralph Neely and Blaine Nye) saw Henley turning over, grabs him to go to the garage, and Darryl was there. Darryl tries to weld him, but the boy (Harold Medders) told him not to touch it, and the posses ran out. Darryl slaps the boy, he grabs Darryl's shirt to go home. Marla Confirms Her Affair With Andy Russell

In 1972, while attending the pro bowl game, Marla met Andy Russell, the Steelers linebacker who passed away in early March of this year. That same year, the Steelers lost to the Cowboys, and Andy gave a hug for Marla. Four years later, in Miami, days before the game started, Marla left the store, and Andy arrived to check on her. At the hotel, Marla got her own suite to support the Cowboys. At night, Andy gave Marla a kiss while on the outside swing. His first wife did not like it, but gone through a bitter divorce. After the Steelers won, Andy was on her game show "Marla's Got Guts," did not answer it right, it was Les Kelley. After Gerry Mullins, Mike Wagner and Joe Greene got the right answer during taping and before L.C. Greenwood became a clue player, Andy starts having an affair again with Marla. After L.C. became a clue player, Andy said goodbye to Marla, and did not seen each other until the 2006 taping of "Marla's Game."

Flashback: Monday Night Slammer 1975

On Nov. 10, 1975, two weeks before Bob Lilly became a ring of honor, the Dallas Cowboys faces off with the Kansas City Chiefs. Before the game, Marla told Willie Lanier and Lee Roy Jordan to arm wrestled, and it did. One girl interviewed 24 of 25 legendary Texas players and Marla. Bill Forester remembers Marla as he saw her and her brother Harold by lunch break. Kyle Rote was next to Marla. Yale Lary has been supported Marla until 1979. Marla was singing "Mom and Dad Waltz" with Bob while interviewing. During the game, Marla told Gene Upshaw to keep an eye on his brother Marvin, who died on Marla's birthday this year. Marla told Paul Wiggin, the coach for the Chiefs that he knew Jim Ray Smith. By halftime, Marla supported Bulldog Turner and Kyle. The Chiefs beats the Cowboys 34-31.

Flashback: 1983 United Way Commercial

In 1983, Marla appeared in a commercial called United Way where Tanya Cronin had autism. Tanya's cousin is Gene Cronin of the Detroit Lions. Tanya is now 44 years old.

Gene Cronin Dies

Gene Cronin, the defensive end of the Detroit Lions, has died three days ago at age 90. Jerry Reichow and Bob Long were the two remaining survivors of the 1957 Lions championship, both at age 90. Gene is from Spalding, Nebraska like the Glaser Brothers, and moved to California after 1940. Lonnie remembers Gene as a great guy as he attended the Lions game without Marla, her mother and six brothers. Gene also played for the Cowboys in 1960.

Quadruplets in Love (1991)

It all started at the boxing ring, where Daine (Ricky Rudd) tries to box an opponent (Roger Craig), but it was a dream according to Beth (Maverine Michael). The song was "Somebody Up There Likes Me" by Shelly Walther. Annie (Marla Medders) works at the retirement center to look for Daine's father Doyle (Raymond Berry), which was actually Denver's (Terry Labonte). The song Annie heard was "Are You Mine" by Myrna Lorrie and Buddy DeVal. Dallas (Rusty Wallace) was with Carla (Lynn Pomeroy) having a meeting with Carla's dad Darol (Forrest Gregg). The song while Dallas was driving was "He Was On to Something" by Denny Streeter. Dave (Dale Jarrett) played pool while hearing the Carl Smith song "Let Old Mother Have Her Way." Doyle arrived to check on his son. Doyle was watching "Hee Haw" with Willie Nelson and Faron Young as guests. Tommy Cash Dies

Tommy Cash, Johnny Cash's younger brother, died yesterday at age 84. He died 21 years and a day after his brother's death. His biggest hits including "Six White Horses." Tommy heard Marla singing the version of the "Cowgirl and the Dandy" which was in a duet with Charlie Waters. Marla remembers Tommy as a good guy.

Packers 100 Years Highlight

Marty Miller claims that Gus Rosenow has one arm, the Dwyers and the Zolls were the two sets of brothers, and Wally Ladrow is the last one to die in 1974. Clarke Hinkle claims that Curly Lambeau was his only coach. Marty's wife Roxie Rentmeester said her grandmother dated Marty Zoll. Marty said that Riggie Dwyer got hurt at the railroad and amputated his right arm and leg. Clarke said that Lambeau and George Halas had a feud. Johnny Blood states about his stage name in 1922. Roxie said it was the Rudolph Valentino film. Verne Lewellen talks about the 1929 championship, then '30 and '31. Roxie states that her grandmother works for the phone company and she saw Johnny Blood being cute. Roxie thinks that Buckets Goldenberg is Ukrainian. Don Hutson claims that in the movie called "Pigskin Champions" in 1937 where Arnie Herber breaks two glasses. Two years earlier, Hutson joined the Packers. Marla Meets the Crawford Family

In 1997, Marla had interviewed the Crawford family from Green Bay, Wisconsin. They believe in their hometown spirit since then. Patsy is the first one to die in 2005, but the recent death belongs to Duane in June of 2023. 8 more died and 15 more survives. The '74 Strike Will Aired On Sept. 13

The newest documentary about the 1974 strike will aired on NFL Network on Sept. 13. The late Ken Bowman and Alan Page will be part of it. Packers fan Grace Miller will narrate and visits Ken and Alan in 2019. Lorrie Crossman was in 1992 talks about the strike four years before she died in 1996. Ken died in 2023.

Rich's Children

Merle is married to Jessy Whaley in 2023 and they had a son named Abner Randon Dougherty born on Aug. 17, 2024. Abner is named after Abner Haynes, and Randon after Lucile Randon of France. Cheyenne is engaged to Jessy's cousin Luke Whaley last month and will wed on May 22, 2025.

1974 All Pro Bonus

Harold Carmichael went on to dance as George Kunz said, "Hey, Harold, would you mind knock it off? I'm trying to read." Then Larry Little joined in.
