Short Film: Cowboys Working Hard 3 (1981)

In 1981, "Cowboys Working Hard 3" was also the last short movie for Marla before being replaced by Robbi Wolverton.

Harvey Martin and Marla were making sports news, not crime, not music, but sports. Bob Breunig was singing a love song while Jay Saldi was with Todd, Marla's nephew. Robert Newhouse was with Marla about the oil, and she asked him about the movie Giant. Drew Pearson was making a barbecue steak as D.D. Lewis told Drew about having fun.

D.D. was singing the Gatlin Brothers song as Rafael Septien asked him about the song. Marla's boyfriend who turned out to be her husband Marty Reeves had his suit from Ed "Too Tall" Jones. Herb Scott was singing the Gospel, and Ed kicked Herb out. Butch Johnson was with Randa Cannon for the news. John Dutton was with Marla's niece Delphine playing racquetball. Randa was with James Jones for a big shot.

Randy Hughes was with Marla's brother Harold for renovating a new house. Danny White was playing piano as Marla went on to sing a song, and then Pat Donovan followed. Randa was with Tony Hill about making the right plans. Randy was still with Harold, and Billy Joe DuPree showed up. Randa was with Preston Pearson for a huge stop as did Ron Springs.

Charlie Waters had his western suit as Marla liked it. Randy White had his beer keg and Charlie and Marla were asked to put the keg down. Tony Dorsett was with Marla's niece and nephew Melba and Billy Ray and he told them about the fire.

Marla asked Abram Crowe (Willie Brown) about Bobbitt, although the Crouch brothers (Gene Upshaw and Art Shell) were upset as did the white bartender Eddie (Ray Guy). Second Episode of the Michael Sisters Story: Maverine's Singing Career

1974: Maverine sees Paul's new hair, and Wally came by to see him and Maverine. Maverine watches TV about her best friend Marla Medders and her date Freddy Weller. Ron and Patty had babysat the Biggs siblings, Patrick and Kelly. Ron and Patty were happy in love. Maverine met Kathy Martini and Steve Riley (Savannah Felix and Reid Soley). Marla's Nephew Stuart and Ethan in George & Tammy

Marla's nephew Stuart played Charlie McCoy, the harmonica player, and Ethan Cole played Ron Gaddis in this very last scene of "George & Tammy" which was due Jan. 8. Joseph and Samuel Sanders played Ryan and Kyle, the twin sons of Georgette. Peanutt Montgomery was in the last episode as a busker, and his wife Charlene plays a woman in car in the third episode.
