Short Film: No Time To Look For Men (1976)
This short film is Marla's finest hour after the first one was in 1976 called "Right Out of Their Minds." Now in "No Time To Look For Men," Marla was ready with the Cowboys players.
It all started in Brownsville, Texas, near the Mexico line, five offensive lineman John Fitzgerald, Blaine Nye, Ralph Neely, Rayfield Wright and Pat Donovan were playing poker as Herb Scott had a Scottish clothes. Marla said, "Herb, this is Brownsville, Texas, wear some of those Mexican clothes." Cliff Harris reads that Kris Kristofferson has a hometown of Brownsville. Marla was sitting on the couch next to Tom Rafferty. Herb had the right clothing, and Efren Herrera saw them with his boxers.
The next morning, after having breakfast, Ralph saw Marla brushing her hair after she brushed her teeth. The other four O-linemen had an argument about Marla's personal looks. Ralph and Marla were dancing into the song called "I Met A Friend of Yours Today" by Mel Street. Tom and Aaron Kyle saw them dancing. Pat saw the Hispanic kids grabbing things and he told them to get out.
Marla saw Larry Cole talking to Charlie Waters as Marla went over to talk to Larry. They fell down on the stairs door as Lee Roy Jordan saw them staring at him. Herb was with Thomas Henderson as Herb grabbed the Champagne bottles to the basket. D.D. Lewis fell into the basket with champagne bottles in it. He decided to chase both Thomas and Herb. They went to the boat house, and D.D. fell into the water.
Larry and Marla were at the boat house as Larry was playing a guitar, and Thomas smashed the guitar into Marla's head. Finally, Marla was in her Mexican dress as Randy White was in the Army suit, and Cliff stared at Marla and he chased Randy on the line. This was a remake of "Pest of the West" by Buster Keaton.
