Flashback: Marla Reunites With Kyle Davis

It was February 17, 2026, a month after Scott Laidlaw died, Kyle Davis went to Marla's house for a memorial service for Scott, and she hasn't seen Kyle in 50 years. Kyle was a good center, according to Marla. Kyle did not attend the game alongside Herb Scott two months prior. Marla was totally shocked as Kyle had his new looks with a goatee and nearly went bald. Marla's husband Kyle, who was nine years younger than Kyle, finally visited him.

Percy Howard and Pat Donovan were having the eulogies of Scott as Marla was with her grandson J.D., granddaughter-in-law Ronni, and J.D.'s brother Colter. Baby Maize is with J.D.'s dad and Marla's son Faron. All 10 of the 1975 rookies sang with Marla called "Amazing Grace" as Bob Breunig had a brief solo in the first verse. Previously in 2025, Marla also held a memorial for Mitch Hoopes five years after he passed away.
