Flashback: Marla's Depression

In 1995, after shooting a few episodes in the third season of the Marla Comedy Show, Marla had a depression. Marla was very sad about her mother's cancer, and her private relationship with Tracy Leslie. After the first Dover race and during the taping episode of "Hermie Loves Ronna," Marla was nearly having a coma because of her depression and Tracy sang a love song for her.

After the last taping episode is over, Marla still has her depression until September when Robert Pressley had his clean shaven looks. On Oct. 20, Marla was in Texas with the Psychiatrist after Tracy was released from the Parker team, she reveals Tracy's middle name Allan, and Marla's middle name is Lynn. In 1997, Marla returned to her depression until cancelled the show in 1998.

After cancellation, Marla and her husband Marty attended Delbert Jacks' funeral with Tracy and his wife Patricia. Sheena Eller and Mark Krogh were also attending as did Joe and Nancy Bessey. They were talking until Tracy was released from the Hensley team. Marla finally ends her depression after Tracy's last race at Dover, banned for watching the Busch Series until 2020 with a different series when Harrison Burton has four wins.
