Flashback: Reuniting With Tracy

On June 25, 1999, Faron turned 17 as his girlfriend, now wife Lorrie, who was the model for the power team, took him to Toledo, Ohio for the ARCA race. Faron wants to have a prank for his mother, Marla. She arrived by plane all by herself. Lorrie uses the red sheet to see Tracy Leslie, but he has a goatee. The next day was in DeGraff where he won a pole and finished 12th.

On Oct. 16, Marla and Tracy were interviewed in the pre-race by Shelly Walther, and Tracy said that his father passed away two days prior, and Marla had celebrated D.D. Lewis' birthday. Tracy went on to have two wins in Winchester that same year, and Salem the next year.

In 2001, after Tracy had a last start on Faron's sister Natalee's 17th birthday, Marla last saw Tracy who failed to qualify in Berlin. They did not see each other again since 2001.

The Marla Comedy Show 1993-1998

The Marla Comedy Show is a sitcom show that ran from 1993-1998. It premiered in Nov. 20, two months before the Statler Brothers Show had the third season. Marla played Marla Boone, a hard working mother of Reid (Reid Jones) and Cheyenne (Cheyenne Langston), and a wife of Tracy, who was played by Tracy Leslie. Jeff and Ward Burton played Marla's brothers from the first season. Joe Bessey, who was a main and recurring member, Chuck Bown, Rodney Combs and Elton Sawyer played as Tracy's brothers. Patty Moise is Elton's wife same as real life in the last three seasons. Hermie Sadler played as a neighbor who is a single father of a Down Syndrome boy as is Tim Fedewa, Dennis Setzer, and Jason Keller. Joe Diffie's son Tyler played Hermie's son Brandon.
