Flashback: Marla as a Background Vocalist
In 1985, Marla sang background vocals with Keith Fahnhorst on her brother Harold's song "Mornin' Ride." In 1990, Marla paired with Jimmy Fortune in a Shelly Walther song "Somebody Up There Likes Me." Paul Newman had a cameo of the music video as well. In 1993, Marla became a super vocalist for Larry Boone called "Watermelon Time in Georgia" from his last album "Get in Line."
