Colter to Play Lefty's Grandson in New Mini Series

Colter Reeves will play Lefty Frizzell's grandson Christopher in a new mini series called "Marty and Lefty." It will have six episodes about the lives of Marty Robbins and Lefty, both in the country music hall of fame in 1982. David Keith will played Lefty's father Naamon as an older one. Brian Scott May, who played Garth Hudson in "I Shall Be Released" movie, will played Charlie Daniels. Dwight Medders will played Marty Robbins, and his cousin Justin will played Lefty Frizzell. The series will be on Oct. 1 on Showtime.

Flashback: Maverine Dates David Keith

In 1985, before dating Billy Ray Smith Jr., Maverine dated David Keith, the actor from Knoxville, Tennessee same as D.D. Lewis and Harrison Smith. David had a cameo for the music videos of Ricky Skaggs, Reba McEntire and Patty Loveless. David attends the Knoxville concert for MMQ in 1987.

Flashback: Dorry Works at NASCAR Cafe

Since NASCAR Cafe was opened in 1998, Marla's niece Dorry works entirely until closing down in 2001. Dorry had a private relationship with Paul "Little Bud" Moore, who was married and had a daughter. Dorry calls his real name in private, but NASCAR calls him Little Bud in public. He was an avid concert goer between the Black Crowes and Dorry's aunt, hearing rock and country records like Iron Butterfly and Dorry's same aunt. He died in 2017 of ALS, and Dorry now lives in Canton, Ohio.

Marla Spends Time With the Clarks

The Clark brothers, Basle, 16, Cyle, 15, and Dalton, 13 from Bridgeport, Alabama spends time with Marla and Kyle in Minnesota on Saturday before their school resumes in Alabama Monday. The boys appeared in the Good RX commercial where Cyle has autism.

Ed White's New Looks; One Girl Named After Singer

Although Ed White has health issues, his goatee is gone, and Marla, Maverine and Allison were there yesterday in Forest Lake to support Ed. In Webster, Minnesota, the Pauls family hangs out with Marla while having Stu Voigt's birthday party today. One baby girl was born on July 28, her name was Marla Sue Pauls. She and her twin brother Harlan Floyd, nicknamed Skip were there too. Parents Doug and Gina were there to support them as did siblings Nick, 23, from Doug's first marriage, Gavin, 15, and Hayden, 13. Little Marla was named after miss Medders herself, and was taking a picture by Gina. Paul Krause and Dave Osborn were also there.

Mara Walter Dies

Jody and Darlia's daughter Mara Walter has reportedly passed away at 10:35 AM today after she was overdosed yesterday. She was 14. The nurse confirms Mara's death on TV. Mara has depressions for 19 months, and was a big sister last month.

Robbie Robertson Dies

Robbie Robertson has passed away yesterday at age 80. He did turned 80 last month, and the movie "I Shall Be Released: The Band Story" was in theaters that same month. Christian Prchal, who played Rick Danko said in statement, "I really met Robbie before the movie starts, and Garth Hudson is the oldest and the last survivor of the Band as of now. Janet, Alexandra, Delphine and Sebastian, I love you all."

Flashback: Natalee in Conway Tribute Deleted Scenes

12-year-old Natalee was in a Conway Twitty tribute in 1997, but the scenes were deleted before the original airing. Natalee was singing a solo song "Falling For You For Years." Before the song starts, Gene Johnson of Diamond Rio interviews Natalee's solo song. She also sang "After the Fire is Gone" with Mark Chesnutt.

The Roe Triplets Are Back

The triplets Michael Jerome, Troy Kenneth and Emmitt James Roe were back after they turned 30 on July 31, two months after the Dilley Sextuplets turned 30. Troy had 5 children, Asher, Raylee, Abram, Lynlee and Kaison. Michael had 5 children, Luke, Adleigh, Tennison, Layla and Grady. Emmitt had 5 children Uriah, Emersyn, Elijah, Gatlin and Brinley.

Chuck in the Hospital; Maeve and Marla Had Good Times

Chuck Howley is not participate for the hall of fame because of dementia, he was in the hospital with his wife Nancy, while his son Scott and daughter Robin were in Canton. Yesterday, Marv Levy turns 98, and Maverine cuts the cake for Marv. Marla and Maverine visit some of these football players, and did a nice job on that.

Meet Cheyenne Reid

Meet Cheyenne Reid from Fort Pierce, Florida. Cheyenne was born on Nov. 27, 1999. Josh is her older brother by four years, and brother Austin died of stillbirth a year after Josh was born. Her parents were the next door neighbor of Gary Stewart. When Cheyenne was 4 when Gary was killed. Cheyenne is now a singer with a debut single last year "Don't Even Go There." She also sang "Asa's Song" about 16-year-old Asa Roberts who died of COVID 19 on Oct. 16, 2021.

Ethan Has New Girlfriend

Ethan began to date 23-year-old singer Cheyenne Reid. Cheyenne is the last of three children. She is from Fort Pierce, Florida. He recently sold his Monroeville home and headed to Florida to work and date Cheyenne. His brother J.D. has a new girlfriend Ronni Hicks. Ronni was born on May 23, 2007.

Marla on McCaughey Septuplets

In 1998, Marla first visit the McCaughey Septuplets at their parents' house in Carlisle. Marla meets them on their fifth birthday, tenth, thirteenth, sixteenth, eighteenth, twentieth and a zoom on their 25th last November. Now the parents lives in Runnells. Joel and Alexis were still living. Nathan lives with a roomie, four of the septs got married, and two of the boys had children.
